In un mondo dove stilisti, designer e brand emergenti faticano sempre più ad emergere, il progetto Wowcracy offre un'alternativa valida, che accorcia la distanza creatore/consumatore. L'idea base è quella del crowd funding e di un sistema di pre ordinazioni: viene presentato un progetto, con il suo budget, la sua tempistica ed il servizio o prodotto finale per il quale gli utenti dovrebbero essere incentivati a sostenerlo. Ogni utente decide dunque di finanziare il progetto nel quale crede di più e che più lo appassiona ed effettua una promessa di pagamento: un impegno ad effettuare il versamento se il progetto raggiunge la quota budget prevista. Se questo accade nel limite di tempo fissato, il progetto si sbloccherà dando all'utente il prodotto in cambio. Se il limite di tempo viene superato, l'utente non subirà prelievo di denaro perché il progetto sarà decaduto.

Un'idea di moda democratica che segna un punto d'incontro tra passione, progettualità e condivisione, dando a tutti la possibilità di presentare un progetto se si ha talento o di sostenerlo. It is based on crowd funding and on a pre ordering system: emergent designers or brands can present their project on to the platform, detailing their budget, the time-limit they need to reach it and the final product or service the consumer will have by supporting the project with money. If the budget is reached soon enough, the project will be realized. If not, it will decay and the users will not spend their money.
