Hackett London ha presentato ieri sera la collezione Primavera Estate 2014 in occasione della Menswear Fashion week di Londra. La sfilata ha avuto come scenografia l’Old Billingsgate Market, che una volta ospitava il più grande mercato di pesce del mondo.
Fil rouge di tutta la sfilata sono gli anni sessanta; uno dei più importanti fotografi di celebrities, Terry O'Neil, diviene il punto di riferimento della collezione. La sfilata ha messo in scena una mostra di alcuni lavori più importanti di O'Neil assieme alle foto scattate per la collezione Hackett autunno inverno 2013.
A dare vita ad un'atmosfera intensa ed emozionante è stata l'Orchestra filarmonica di Londra.
La collezione celebra forme e colori sofisticate. Le illustrazioni datate 1960 del disegnatore di moda René Gruau sono state fonte di ispirazione nell’utilizzo del colore e nello sviluppo dei modelli, caratterizzando il menswear dei giorni nostri, creando un’impatto visivo immediato.
Di tutti i 31 look presentati durante la sfilata della collezione SS’14, spiccano fra gli altri il completo seersucker giallo, il car coat in suede rosa, gli shorts in seta stampati oltre che i blazer dai profili colorati. Il blazer gessato dal collo a scialle impreziosito dalle cifre “JH” ricamate sul taschino è perfetto anche per i climi più afosi mentre il tailor millerighe bianche e blu è la più meravigliosa ostentazione dello stile Riviera.
Hackett London last night presented the collection at the Spring Summer 2014 Menswear Fashion Week in London. The parade had as a backdrop the Old Billingsgate Market, which once housed the largest fish market in the world.
The common thread throughout the show are the sixties, one of the most important photographers of celebrities, Terry O'Neil, becomes the point of reference of the collection. The parade of Hackett has staged an exhibition of some of the most important works of O'Neil along with the photos taken for the Hackett collection autumn winter 2013.
To give birth to an intense atmosphere and exciting was the Philharmonic Orchestra of London.
The Spring Summer 2014 collection is a celebration of sophisticated shapes and colors. The illustrations dated 1960 fashion designer Rene Gruau have been a source of inspiration in the use of color and the development of models, featuring menswear-day, creating instant visual un'impatto.
Of all the 31 looks presented during the parade of SS'14 collection stand out among other full seersucker yellow, pink suede car coat, shorts in printed silk blazers over the colored profiles. The pinstripe blazer from the shawl collar embellished with the digits "JH" embroidered on the breast pocket is perfect for even the most sultry climates while the tailor striped blue and white is the most wonderful display of Riviera style.
