Per continuare la fortunata collaborazione nata nell’A/I 13-14, Simons e adidas sviluppano un concept estetico basato sul “shoe-in-shoe” proponendo variazioni inedite, entusiasmanti rivisitazioni di modelli iconici come la Stan Smith e la Bounce con tomaie stampate nel pattern di stagione, uno stravagante mix di materiali: nylon, pelle, mesh e tessuti ricamati, tutto ovviamente in completo stile Raf Simons che ora mai ci ha abituati a collezioni rivoluzionarie e indimenticabili.
La collezione comprende 8 proposte unisex e 4 storie colore per un totale di 21 modelli caratterizzati da un’estetica giocosa e divertente, con forme esagerate, colori in stile Lego e chiusure in Velcro. A seconda delle tecnologie i modelli riportano sia il logo Performance che quello Originals, mentre altri, l’iconico motivo a tre strisce.
Presentate in occasione della Settimana della Moda parigina, le sneakers adidas by Raf Simons saranno in vendita da febbraio 2014 nei concept stores adidas Originals, nelle boutique, nei rivenditori RAF e in alcuni sneaker specialist selezionati.
