The camouflage inspiration of the new Converse x Carhartt WIP Chuck 70
The protagonist of the new silhouette is the Hinterland print
May 27th, 2021
Carhartt WIP returns to collaborate with Converse in the new SS21 collection, with two Chuck 70 models entirely decorated with the Hinterland print, the new pattern presented by the brand this season. For the occasion, photographer Maxime Verret signed a lookbook together with stylist Simonez Wolf that emphasizes the harmony between the green tones of nature and those of the upper of the sneaker.
The two models of the capsule are a Converse Chuck 70 Hi and an Ox model. The first is decorated with a green-dominated version of the Hinteland print, which is inspired by the camouflage hunting patterns, while the second low-cut model features a white-turned version of the same pattern. Carhartt WIP branding can be found on the tab, printed on a label.
