K-Way launches the new Skiwear collection
To wear on the slopes and at après-ski

Since 1965, the word "K-Way®" has been synonymous with outdoor jackets in everyday language, referring to that smart garment that accompanies outdoor experiences by providing the right level of protection. The iconic packable design, continuous experimentation with increasingly high-performance technical fabrics, and the study of functional details are just the starting point of an ever-evolving story. More than just a brand, K-Way® is a lifestyle, a concept of movement that originates in the heart of Paris and develops as an essential part of the modern wardrobe. The major innovation for the Fall-Winter 2023 season is the K-Way® Skiwear collection, part of the L'Action label dedicated to ski enthusiasts and après-ski regulars. However, the connection between K-Way® and the mountains is not new; it is part of the heritage that is enhanced and reinterpreted to develop an innovative high-altitude style that combines contemporary design with highly performing technical content.
Altitude, speed, and the luxury of feeling protected in any weather conditions inspire a complete ski wardrobe, available in two exclusive coordinated total looks for both men and women. The first total look is a lightweight but highly waterproof shell, specifically designed for snow sports, offering insulation while allowing for extreme freedom of movement. It is characterized by a three-layer twill fabric that is windproof, breathable, and water-repellent, with a resistance of up to 20,000 millimeters of water. The second total look, on the other hand, is designed for mountain activities. The garments in this collection provide high warmth and are made from a two-layer waterproof twill fabric with insulation made of PrimaLoft Eco and a quilted nylon lining. Both the men's and women's jackets feature an adjustable visor hood, a convenient ski pass pocket on the sleeve, adjustable cuffs, and a detachable inner waist gaiter.
The pants have an ergonomic and highly functional design, equipped with various pockets, adjustable waist with Velcro straps, glove loops, and a bottom opening to allow for wearing the garment with boots. Essential to complete both looks is the polar fleece shirt, ensuring excellent thermal insulation. It has a regular fit for men and a slim fit for women, finished with a half-zip, contrasting cuffs with thumbholes to protect the hands, and a practical opening for a watch. The color palette also explores the historical heritage, taking inspiration from the colors of the French flag: red, white, and blue, with an inevitable black version. The garments can be worn as coordinated total color looks or combined in fun mix and match combinations.
