Palace's new countryside-inspired editorial
British springtime shot by Colin Dodgson
April 29th, 2020
After the first spring editorial inspired by Back to the Future and the drop of the collaborative capsule with Evisu, Palace celebrates now the aesthetics of the English countryside and the pleasure of domestic chill-out with the new shots signed by Colin Dodgson for his last editorial of the season. The photographer, in addition to his collaborations with Stussy and other numerous magazines (in April 2018 he also portrayed Virgil Abloh for the magazine M), is specialized in nature photos. In particular, this editorial shot for Palace brings a strong streetwear imprint into the imagery of the British countryside, with its scenarios and its isolated houses.
With the styling of Dino de Silva and starring the frequent collaborators and skaters of Palace Lucien Clarke, Charlie Birch and Austin Bristow, the editorial showcases some of the most interesting items from the brand's latest collection such as the Happy Cig Jacket decorated with new-age fantasies, the relaxed Patch Up Ya Life Crewneck, the classic Tri-Smiler hoodie and the Dimension Strap backpack.
You can discover the entire Palace editorial shot by Colin Dodgson in the gallery above while you will find all the items in the Palace web-shop, on the brand's official website.
