The new Swatch to make contactless payments

SwatchPAY! was the name chosen by Swatch for their latest and most revolutionary product: a wristwatch that allows you to make contactless payments just like any payment card. SwatchPAY! contactless payment uses a Near Field Communication (NFC) radio chip built into the watch face. To complete the transaction, the customer only has to bring the watch closer to the POS and enter the card PIN only for transactions over 25€.

Available in 15 different colorways and resistant to both water and shock, you can pair a payment card with your watch in any Swatch Store. Once you have paired your card with your watch, you can pay for your purchases at any POS terminal in Contactless mode. In addition, the customer can suspend or reactivate the payment function of his SwatchPAY! at any time with a single tap from your smartphone or tablet via the SwatchPAY! mobile app.

The new SwatchPAY watch! it will be available from October 15th in the Swatch Stores and at selected retailers starting from 85€.
