Supreme set to release a special tee to raise funds for the COVID-19 emergency
Supreme New York might be dropping a tee whose profits will be in support of those impacted by Coronavirus
March 30th, 2020
Supreme Leaks News suggests that Supreme might be working on a new special fundraiser t-shirt whose proceeds will benefit and support those affected by the spreading of Coronavirus.
Although no official statement has been made yet and there are no details about the design or the release date of the tee, the t-shirt will likely be a classic box logo tee. It wouldn't be the first time that Supreme plays its part in support of humanitarian relief during an extreme situation of crisis: back in 2011, the NYC brand dropped the Japan Relief benefit box logo tee in support of the victims of the earthquake and tsunami that afflicted Japan.
The impact of Coronavirus has no parallels in the globalized world. Supreme would just be the latest brand to intervene in this fight: recently, LVMH group committed to employing all of its cosmetics and perfume factories for the production of disinfectant hydro-alcoholic gel, which will be distributed for free in all French hospitals, while Nike launched a social campaign and donated $ 15 millions to support the research and Gucci donated €2 million through a charity campaign called "We're all in this together".
