A deep dive in Lacoste's archive with the Heritage Pack
The brand brings back three OG sneakers that have made its history

Lacoste is celebrating its history and its relationship with the world of tennis in a special pack of three of its most iconic sneakers: Renè, G80 and V-Ultra. Lacoste has opted for a more nostalgic direction, iterating some iconic footwear staples from its archives. Featured is the “Heritage” pack, comprised of three different court classics from three different eras.
The Renè model pays tribute to the first tennis shoe created by René Lacoste in 1963. The low-cut sneaker comes with lush canvas uppers in a subtle herringbone weave, accented by reinforced seams around the rear quarter and throat line. The OG version of René Lacoste's cream-colored OG improves the minimal chic silhouette, but the sneakers are also available in navy blue, green and red.
The G80 model was born in 1987 and was designed for professional tennis players used to play on hard ground. The shoe features the same details that made it popular as the LACOSTE TENNIS label on the tongue, an inner insole with an all-over "L" print, the green crocodile logo on the quarter and the words "hardcourt" on a label. Only the tread of the sole rounds up the design for maximum grip on any ground surface. The G80s are available in five colors: navy blue, green, pink, white with red trim or plain white.
The latest sneaker in the pack is also the most futuristic: V-Ultra. First appearing in 2000, it is made special not only by the iconic green embroidered crocodile, but by the word LACOSTE on the heel and the perforations that recall the grip of a tennis racket.
Heritage Pack is available in Lacoste stores and on the brand's official website.
