Rhythms and routines follow one another in an elegant harmony polluted by the labels of yesteryear and the bon ton codes of a now distant past: family traditions result in a bourgeois monotony of a Saturday afternoon spent at the country club, between a match and a swim in the pool.
The tennis court is our catwalk, a family quirk to spend yet another weekend smothered in the frills and flourishes of past generations.
"FILA, for me, is the tennis court" - says Massimo Giorgetti - "I wanted to give it a romantic interpretation, thinking of a cinematographic world. [...] Visiting the FILA archives, I was surprised by how much they have done over the decades. I just had to remix and update".
A collection full of colour and a cool metropolitan spirit, energetic, joyful and characterised by a certain irreverence; inspired by a visit to the FILA archives, followed by a decidedly personal and very MSGM elaboration.
