ELITA DESIGN WEEK FESTIVAL 10 #BORDERLESS

The only reality able to celebrate a marriage full of love between the dimension of entertainment and that of design is back in town: we're talking about the Elita Design Week Festival, now in its 10th edition.

Quality and innovation have been the focus of the work of elita: 10 years of discussions about the new trends and the most important artists, 10 years of obsessive observation of the evolution of the clubbing culture.

Also this year, Elita is in favor of the fun, offering unprecedented entertainment experiences within the most picturesque locations in the city.

A truly borderless music program: Ikeda, Gilles Peterson, Benny Benassi, Henrik Schwarz, Dj Premier e Cerrone, Benjamin Clementine, Dixon, Guy Boratto, Machinedrum, Kiasmos, Ninos du Brasil, Kindness, Shabazz Palaces, Portico, Bob Moses, Kate Tempest, Coma, Popolous, Durdust...

The program, enriched with other projects including music, culture and design, will be able to create an even deeper bond between Elita and Fuorisalone. Among them, the Milan Design Award, the only award of the design week, dedicated to the best stand designs - and workshops in partership with IED on the evolution of the sound design.

Headquarter of the Festival is the Teatro Franco Parenti, the multipurpose space of Porta Romana, marked by history and innovation.

Very important news: the programming at the space Ex Cobianchi, with the project DIURNO, in Duomo square: a multifunctional  hub, able to cover different needs throughout the day - from 14.00 to 22.00 - addressing an audience with Cafe/Bakery space, comfort zone, workshop & conference area - with the constant sound by elitaradio, a live programming with representative artists of the contemporary scene. In addition to that, the space Ex Cobianchi will also be a point of support for the young designers who will exhibit and sell their products inside of the iconic Extras'mall Design Special Edition, the most avant-garde market of the Design Week.

The Festival will also continue throughout the week in several other locations, such as Magazzini Generali,Tunnel Club, Fabrique, Rocket and TOM.
