"Rho Fiera" is Marvely's first single

Artistic and creative director, dancer, music producer and DJ known as The Perseverance.

Marvely Goma, Italian of Congolese origins, is especially well-known in Milan, where he's the founder and the face of AKEEM OF ZAMUNDA, the hip-hop weekly event held at Rocket Club. The eclectic artist who lives between Milan and Paris is ready to embark on a new adventure and to release his first album. Marvely gives us a preview revealing the video of his first single.

Rho Fiera tells about love, with its different moments: from the fervor of the beginning to the feelings that accompany the end. The thread that unites them? Loneliness, that feeling that makes you disappear in that everyday life with your partner that before made you feel powerful and important. And you find yourself singing “Mi sento solo come l’albero della vita a Rho Fiera, dimmi che sei sincera,almeno tu.” The track, a tribute to the Chillwave/Synth Pop sounds of Washed Out and Toro y Moi and to the Italian Jazz of Pino Daniele, flows in the balance between indie, Baroque Pop and Neu Jazz.

The video, directed by the duo Luther Blissett, alternates images of a couple and their love with elements of video animation.
