November 9th, 2018
Lil Peep is back with a new album: Come Over When You're Sober Pt 2.
With his unique mix of hip-hop, emo, pop and punk, the artist had conquered from his first album both fans and critics.
The carrer of these American boy(real name Gustav Elijah Åhr) began with a series of mixtapes posted online, which in just a short period of time got him his first record deal. Come Over When You're Sober was published in August, 2017, followed by a tour. And that's exactly during a date of the tour that the body of the 21-year-old Lil Peep is found dead, killed by a letal mix of painkillers, antidepressants and drugs.
Gus's friends and collaborators, especially Smokeasac and George Astasio, have decided now to conclude the album that the artist had started to record, as a tribute to his incredible talent and as a gift to his fans. The album Come Over When You're Sober Pt 2 is finally out, also in a special pink and black vinyl edition including the first album as well.
The release of the record anticipated by the video of Cry Alone, directed by Max Beck. The visual was shot one night in San Francisco: Lil Peep met with Beck to take a few photos and to share his new music. The result is a song that perfectly captures the essence of the night, as one stated by Lil Peep himself.
