Santoni's leisurewear becomes a sneaker

There are brands whose history cannot be reduced to the mere sale of products. Dedication, an artisanal path made up of hundreds of steps, the selection of raw materials, stitching: these are just some of the key steps of those who choose to engage in the continuous search for beauty. Santoni, an Italian maison specializing in luxury footwear, has been doing this since 1975. The story begins in the Marche region by the skilful hands of Andrea Santoni, who has a very specific goal: to industrialize the artisanal process, without having to give up the use of the highest quality materials. A challenge also accepted by the CEO of the family company Giuseppe Santoni, who decided to launch a new object of desire: The DOUBLE BUCKLE SNEAKER.

One of the maison's first creations was indeed a shoe with a double buckle with an elegant, tapered shape, handmade in shades of brown. Indeed, Santoni's heritage draws on the savoir faire of classic footwear craftsmanship - from the creation of the last to the hand-coloring of the finished shoe - to give life to products with a contemporary style. When it comes to luxury shoes, one thing is certain: consumers are looking for exclusivity, style and comfort. And, a detail that should absolutely not be overlooked, customers feel connected to a brand when they find there an element to share, personal, emotional. This is the reason why Santoni has decided to further expand its merchandise offering by focusing on leisurewear, presenting an exclusive sneaker with a double buckle. A distinctive element of the maison, the double buckle is now reinterpreted in an incredibly modern graphic form and is made exclusively with hand-dyeing embellished with the golden logo. 

The upper, on the other hand, is made of soft calfskin in a pure white solid color and is lit up by the vivid colors of the double buckle:  in Santoni Orange and blue colors -a second drop will make the white and green variants available - the Double Buckle Sneaker is a creative experiment that merges the needs of the contemporary world with the historical heritage of the Italian maison. Finally, the solid rubber sole ensures a more comfortable fit without having to give up one's style in moments of leisure. Style that has returned to Santoni's heritage an unmistakable aesthetic capable of perfectly combining craftsmanship know-how, creativity and innovation. A new attitude to luxury where elegance becomes relaxed, yielding to the more casual atmospheres of leisurewear.
