Santoni presents PLATEAU, a video by Victor Bastidas

Exploring the concept of art as a tool for meditation, necessary to deal with anger and frustration. This is the aim of the PLATEAU project, a series of videos produced and directed by Victor Bastidas. The first of these films, shot on film and composed of moments that take place in the present, in the past, and in the future, sees as protagonist the dancer Table Kevin, who, between the concrete and austere towers of the suburbs of Paris, choreographs his Voguing with an explosive grace. 

At his feet, Kevin wears Innova, Santoni's new sneaker. It is a running shoe that combines street style and quality, characterized by a combination of materials, hand painted raw edges, orange details are sewn by hand, zigzag stitching on the rounded tip and closure with laces. The sole is made of two-tone embossed rubber for maximum grip and has 2 cuts on the front for flexibility, while the Innova design is completed by a TPU stabilizer on the heel and a sole made of ultra-light EVA.

The white edition of the sneaker is already available in stores, online and in selected retailers and, from September, other colourways will be released.
