The new Icon Imagery SS22 collection by Stone Island

Stone Island has unveiled the lookbook of its Icon Imagery collection for the upcoming SS22 season. A collection that, more than all the others produced by the historic brand, presents a huge choice of bright colorways, perhaps signaling the entry of Stone Island into the dopamine dressing trend. Between greens, turquoise, saffron yellows, oranges, pinks and greens, the brand's outerwear becomes colorful for the new season, without forgetting items with distressed finishes – an aesthetic that goes together with the more classic one for Stone Island of hyper-functionality.

The second element that captures the attention is the abundance of pockets that dot the construction of the garments, especially on one of the blue vest/shell jacket, with a trompe-l'oeil effect, but also on a sweatshirt in which the brand tag is applied on a sleeve pocket or on a short-sleeved shirt on which instead the pockets multiply but with one that is different from all the others.
