The new FILA GARA sneakers inspired by the animal world

On the occasion of its 110th anniversary, FILA has unveiled its latest sneaker part of the ICON line and renamed FILA GARA. The peculiarity of this sneaker is its retro-futuristic aesthetic, curated by designer Michele Torresi, with a mesh and leather construction. 

The true vintage inspiration, however, shines through the sole, which recovers the ancient idea of metallic harpoons or weevils of the original running shoes and transforms them into a sole with translucent rubber studs that are inspired by octopus suction cups. The rest of the sneaker has an avant-garde design, characterized by overlays, transparent lightweight nylon, glossy technical materials.
