The new Supreme x Barbour® capsule collection

Following the release of the capsule collection with the English band My Bloody Valentine, Supreme has officially announced the collaboration with English brand Barbour®.

For its Spring/Summer 2020 collection, Supreme has worked with Barbour® on a capsule collection that includes the iconic Lightweight Waxed Cotton Field Jacket inspired by the Bedale, one of the most famous jackets by Barbour®. Made exclusively for Supreme, the collection also consists of a Waxed Cotton Waist Bag, Waxed Cotton Crusher and Waxed Cotton Camp Cap and has been introduced with a lookbook starring Blondey McCoy.

Founded by John Barbour in 1894 to dress sailors, fishermen and dockers of North East England shores, in the past years Barbour® has entered the world of real fashion while maintaining its tradition of family-run, having the brand passed down five generations to date. Today, Barbour® is mostly known for its sartorial and equestrian spheres and is known for its wax cotton jackets, namely the Bedale, the Beaufort and the Border.

For this collaboration, the two brands worked on a new version of the Lightweight Waxed Cotton Field Jacket byBarbour®, enriched with the legendary Supreme logo. The collection also includes a waist bag, a crusher hat and a camp cap, all of which come in a bold leopard print, traffic-stopping orange, or a staple black.
