Timberland introduces Iconic '80s
The brand dedicates a capsule collection to the unforgettable Chukka boot
November 21st, 2019
Timberland has taken from its archive one of its most beloved shoes: Chukka, the legendary boot wore by Paninari in the 80s. The design of the original 1973 Chukka Newman model remains the same in every detail: from the original logo on the tongue, to the choice of eyelets and colours. The laces and lining are both in recycled PET made from plastic bottles, updated with new eco-friendly materials, following the message of the Nature Needs Heroes campaign launched by the brand. Comfortable and eco-sustainable is also the precious leather from which the shoe is made, made even more waterproof thanks to the patented Timberland Dry technology.
The entire capsule collection dedicated to Chukka is available in men's, women's and children's versions and in the colours brown amber, beige yellow and black at the Timberland website and stores.
