Vetements will show during Paris Men’s Fashion Week

"We are not going to show in the classical system anymore. I got bored. I think it needs to enter a new chapter. Fashion shows are not the best tool."

Only last June had announced with these words that he would no longer participate in fashion shows, preferring to present the Vetements SS18 collection with a lookbook in which ordinary people wore the new creations in 57 locations in Zurich, the city that became the brand’s headquarters.

Now Demna Gvasalia changed his mind.

The coolest designer of the moment decided to return to the catwalk during the Paris Men’s Fashion Week scheduled for January 17th to 21st.

This is confirmed by the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode which inserts Vetements in its calendar for January 19, without even revealing the choice of location.

What is certain is that the brand will present an FW18 coed collection, remaining faithful to its pro-no gender attitude.
