A splendid beach resort designed by Shinichi Ogawa in Thailand
September 3rd, 2017
If the summer and holidays slowly begin to fade, the desire of sea and relaxation continues unabated. Indeed, with the return to work, the mirage of a luxurious stay in a fairytale place grows more and more.
If you want a suggestion on what to dream, we suggest you the splendid beach resort designed by Shinichi Ogawa in Thailand.
Located in the tourist area of Hua Hin, a seaside resort just three hours drive south of Bangkok, the building occupies an elongated site with a width of 50 meters and a length of 300 meters from the main road leading to white sandy beach. The house is built in concrete and is divided into six cubic spaces, one for each family member, 4 m high and 20 m in length.
They contain a private lounge, a bathroom, a bedroom and a loft that has many different uses. The highlight? Huge windows overlooking the Pacific Ocean, offering breathtaking views.
Each cube is connected to a patio of 264 square meters with palm trees, a common living room where the family can have dinner, thanks to a long table made to accommodate at least 16 people, can sunbathe or swim in the pool.
A few more steps and, beyond a stone wall, there is the ocean.
Not bad, right?
