There are still six months before the second season of Stranger Things, but the cast of one of the most loved Netflix series wanted to reveal us a sneak peek.
During an interview with PEOPLE, Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin and Noah Schnapp, the teen crew dealing with the creepy parallel world of the Upside Down, have unveiled that the new season will be darker and more horror.
“I think this season will be a lot darker. A lot more horror oriented. I think people are going to like it more than the first season” Wolfhard said, which in the series plays the role of Mike. Matarazzo suggests us that in the second season there will be more time for the feelings and the personalities of every single character, in particular about their reactions after their best friend Will's disappearance – “The great thing about this season is you get to see insights into each character on their own. You’re going to see a lot more into the lives of how the characters are coping with what’s been going on. I think they’re all very emotionally scarred. They feel alone because their best friend [Will] is back and he’s not acting like their best friend anymore. He’s changed”.
To find out all the news about the new season of Stanger Things we have to wait for October 31th, 2017, the date in which the first episode will be transmitted. And what a better date than Halloween to launch a TV series who looks like something from our worst nightmares?
