What have in common the queen of indie girls and the most famous boy wizard in the world? Now little, but maybe in the future. Chloë Sevigny has confessed to being tired of being confined in the underground world and want to participate in projects that involve a wider public.
“I would like to do something mainstream, something on a bigger level, like The Others o Pan's Labyrinth. Harry Potter, for crying out loud!”.
After the recent directorial debut with “Kitty” short film, the eclectic artist wants to lend to a larger audience her versatile talent, which make her able to move between acting, directing, styling, design, fashion, and writing. Her next project? Another short film inspired by “all these girls that are into witchery and tarot and crystals. Something around that ó and then something really scary happening”.
Meanwhile, enjoy HERE Chloë’s latest work for Miu Miu, a short movie entitled “Carmen” which tells the story of comedian Carmen Lynch, we follow the dressing room to the stage, along with the streets of Portland, up to a drugstore open all night.
