Stormzy talked openly about his problem with depression

During his appearance on Channel 4 News to promote his debut album Gang Signs And Prayer, the rapper spoke openly about his previous problems with depression.

Stormzy said, telling his battle against this disease. Talking about this personal drama in his album was a very important step for the rapper, seen as an act of strength and encouragement for all kids who are suffering in silence because of depression, which is often misunderstood or underestimated, addressing directly to them all with few, but powerful words: "I felt like that too – if you look up to me, I’m with you and we all go through it. I understand".
