MTV VMAs 2016

Every year, at the end of the summer, it’s time to take stock. The MTV Video Music Awards, better known simply as VMAs, have the task of announcing the best music videos of the season which has just ended.

Last night the Madison Square Garden in Manhattan has been the backdrop to the event, which saw, among the others, Beyoncé’s Formation triumphing as Video Of The Year, Best Choreography, Best Direction, Best Cinematography and Best Editing, Calvin Harris ft. Rihanna’s This Is What You Came as Best Male Video, Drake’s Hotline Bling as Best Hip Hop Video, David Bowie’s Blackstar for Best Art Direction and All In My Head (Flex) by Fifth Harmony featuring Fetty wap as Song Of Summer.
