Jamie Campbell Bower & The Counterfeit present Come Get Some

Model, actor, rockstar. Jamie Campbell Bower is all this and much more. The eclectic British artist – protagonist, among the others, of Sweeny Todd (2007) along with Johnny Depp – copes skilfully with his multiple talents, and today we're presenting you his latest endeavour: the music video directed by Rankin which accompanies Come Get Some, the latest hit of his new band, the Counterfeit.

The group is new to the international stages: the punk rock trio is Bower’s new project after he left The Darling Buds. “I grew up quite a bit in the past twelve months and I love The Darling Buds and still hold what we did very dear, but I didn’t feel like I was representing myself in the most genuine way that I could'” he confessed to Hunger Magazine.

“I needed to get back to my roots, to the music I listened to when I was younger and that I keep on hearing nowadays” he added.

A comeback to the origins, then. As an authentic Londoner, rock’n’roll is in his dna and when asked who his music icons are, he hesitates: “Keith Richards is an incredible guitarist, that’s evident. And then there’s Jack White, who really uses his instrument in an avant-gardist way”.
