Empire of the sun - Ice on the dune

Gli Empire of the Sun, tornano con il loro secondo album “Ice on the dune”, previsto per il 21 Giugno 2013. Si attendeva da tempo un loro nuovo lavoro ed eccolo qua, manca poco per questo nuovo LP, anticipato dal singolo “Alive” che in poco più di un mese ha riscosso numerosi attestati che hanno riconosciuto l’ottima qualità musicale del duo australiano.

Nelle recenti interviste rilasciate, gli Empire of the Sun hanno definito “Ice on the dune” un viaggio allucinante e futurista che ha come protagonisti l’imperatore Steele e lord Littlemore, impegnati a riportare la pace nel mondo, in un’epoca assai lontana dalla nostra: un millennio più avanti!

L’album del 2008 “Walking On A Dream” ci aveva già spedito in questa realtà alternativa e post-presente, con effetti visivi e sonori mai visti prima. 

Un ritorno che i fans attendevano da ben 5 anni e che sicuramente non li lascerà con l’amaro in bocca.

The Empire of the Sun, they return with their second album "Ice on the dune", scheduled for June 21, 2013. It has been waiting for their new job and here it is, just missing for this new LP, preceded by the single "Alive" that in little more than a month has received more certificates that have recognized the quality of the musical duo from Australia.
