Lil Yachty's merch for Chinatown Market The rapper together with designer Josh Umil designed two t-shirts and a crewneck

Chinatown Market has launched, in collaboration with Bleacher Report Kicks, a new web series format entitled "Friends and Family" where a different creative for each episode will create exclusive merch together with brand designer Josh Umil and founder Mike Cherman. The first episode featured Lil Yachty who designed two t-shirts and a crewneck which are already available on the Chinatown Market website.

During the episode, Lil Yachty discussed his favorite brands as a youngster, his style before the success and the first time he went shopping in a Gucci store after signing a record deal. In the second part of the episode, Yatchy, Josh Umil and Charman visited Chinatown Market's innovation lab. There Charman explained his creative process, showing how he designs the brand's graphics, and Yachty defined the aesthetics of the capsule by choosing and positioning patches and modifying some elements.

The capsule includes a t-shirt with front print and a t-shirt and crewneck with a front and back print. The graphics take up the classic smiley of Chinatown Market and add to it the braids of Lil Yatchy.
