5 things to do in Paris this weekend

From February 21st to 23rd

5 things to do in Paris this weekend From February 21st to 23rd

In the blink of an eye, the week is coming to an end, and the weekend is just around the corner. Even if the weather isn’t ideal, it’s time to step out of your cocoon. The streets are calmer than in previous weeks but still bustling with activities to suit all tastes. Discover what the city has to offer this weekend.

Where to eat: At Superposé with Christ Bikouedi

Final round for Christ Bikouedi at Superposé. This spot on Rue Saint-Maur, opened by four food enthusiasts, quickly became one of the most exciting hangouts around. With reinvented club sandwiches at lunchtime and chef residencies in the evening, the place is always buzzing. After three weeks of shaking up plates and taste buds, the chef bids farewell this weekend. On the menu: a whirlwind of flavors drawn from his African roots and travels, plates crafted like canvases, and a final chance to taste his cuisine. If you haven’t booked yet, now’s the time.

To discover: 77 days in Japan by Simon Bernard Pappo

Simon Bernard Pappo brought back 7777 photos and videos from Japan. But which ones to keep? How to tell a story with images when everyone produces them non-stop? For this exhibition running from February 21 to 23 at Espace Temple, he made a choice: 77 images, no more, with the number recurring like a mantra. No postcard nostalgia here, but snapshots flirting with instinct and clarity. Bonus: a 7-minute 7-second film and a fanzine limited to 77 copies. A project balancing obsession and precision, like a visual haiku captured on the fly.

Where to have fun: Beatmaking workshop at Citadium

Beatmaking takes over Citadium Haussmann for two free workshops hosted by Woodbrass, ESRA, and La Cellule. On the agenda: composition, mixing, and mastering on FL Studio, guided by professionals and open to intermediate beatmakers. The goal? Refine techniques, connect with other creatives, and perfect sound mastery. Sessions will be held on February 19 and 20, with Focusrite and Novation equipment available.

50-56 Rue de Caumartin, 75009 Paris

Where to shop: At Ferrat

Ferrat is all about leather, sharp streetwear, and a natural balance between elegance and attitude. Born from a confinement sketch and a Moroccan workshop, the brand took off effortlessly: one jacket posted on Instagram, enthusiastic feedback, and momentum was built. Three years later, Ferrat navigates between streetwear and heritage—premium yet accessible. Its creator, Bacary Seidy, a former basketball player until 26, switched courts for creative direction. His wardrobe breathes his influences: Allen Iverson’s energy, Lenny Kravitz’s charisma, Green Day’s sound. His signature piece? A yellow and black jacket honoring Bruce Lee, a bestseller since 2021. Today, it’s a black zip-up hoodie with a bold logo topping sales. Born in the 19th district, Ferrat reflects Paris and its contrasts—between boho and suburb, rigid leather and soft joggers. From armor-like jackets to hoodies that stand on their own, each piece is designed as a statement.
