Where to Eat: At the Cooking Marathon at Jardin des Traverses

Since July 30th, the Jardin des Traverses, in collaboration with our dear Chope des Artistes, has been organizing a multicultural cooking marathon until August 11th. If you are not familiar with this place, the Jardin des Traverses is an urban agriculture research space, aiming to create new living conditions in a green and market garden setting, freely accessible to the public. This cooking marathon features two promising chefs taking turns to create innovative menus to be enjoyed in the garden, both at noon and in the evening. With people from over two hundred countries, Paris is the perfect setting to showcase local culinary talents. Khouloude, a nomadic chef recently settled in Marseille, starts with sunny Mediterranean cuisine. She will be followed by Meidhy Galas, chef of the Boukan bistro, who will reinterpret the flavors of his childhood. On August 10th, the group 4 Caminos will close this residence with Latin melodies for a rhythmic evening full of good vibes.
