YOOX's The Colour Squad stages the future of art at Fuorisalone 2023

During Milan Design Week, the largest design event in the world, the fashion and art platform YOOX will bring together creators and musicians at La Torneria, Via Tortona 32, to celebrate the theme of the 2023 edition of Fuorisalone, "Future Laboratory." From 18 to 20 April, Domenico Formichetti, Disegnetti Depressetti, and Tancredi Galli will alternate their performances, intimate mirrors of a modern vision of art and design, with the sophisticated DJ sets of Evissimax, Giulia Centofante, and Fatima, with the aim of initiating a multi-sided conversation with the public on the future of creativity.

The artists' personal point of view of design will be expressed through the use of color and shapes, evocative images that will be narrating the moment of encounter between art and innovation. In collaboration with Posca, the project's main partner, The Colour Squad - Designing Tomorrow Together will offer in the white space of La Torneria a unique opportunity for all visitors to share their ideas, in a lounge infused with artistic richness.

The three artists taking part in the event are established figures on the Italian and international scene: Domenico Formichetti embarked on a career in the fashion world working alongside rappers of the caliber of Ghali, Sfera Ebbasta, and Tony Effe as a stylist, and today he is heading PDF, a project building avant-garde connections between music, graphics, and fashion; Elisa Shori, better known on Instagram as Disegnetti Depressetti, is an illustrator known for her overwhelming irony and relatable themes, and Tancredi Galli, aka SighTanc, born as a social star, ranges from cinematography to fashion in multifaceted and alternative projects, like his style.
