#2 Stranger Things' Eleven 

Stranger Things is the TV series of the year. It's the most cited, copied, parodied, and the best source to find a cool costume for October 31. If you want to look like Eleven, the mysterious girl with paranormal powers, you should get a pink dress, high Chuck Taylors, tennis socks, a blonde wig or alternatively shave your hair and maybe get a box of Egg's waffle.
