A documentary about Cara Delevingne's life is coming
“The Cara Project”
October 20th, 2016
Cara Delevingne is only 24, but has already the experience to deserve a documentary about her life. The Cara Project, that’s the production’s name, will explore her transition from supermodel to successful actress, from 2009, when she signed her first contract with Sarah Doukas’ agency – the same who scouted Kate Moss in 1988 – to her latest cinema endeavours.
The London model, actress and it girl has often said that working as a model was never her goal, and that cinema has always been her great vocation. Cara debuted on the big screen in 2012 in the shoes of Princess Sorokina in Anna Karenina, then played Melanie in The Face of an Angel, inspired by Meredith Kercher’s murder in Perugia. Her first global success, however, comes in 2015 with Paper Towns, where she plays a mysterious teenager next to Nat Wolff, and which has been followed by Pan (2015) and Suicide Squad (2016). In 2017 we’ll admire her next to Rihanna in the role of Laureline in Luc Besson’s new Sci-fi movie, Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets.
