The North Face Red Spring 2016 Collection

For Spring 2016 The North Face entrusts the European distribution of the innovative Expedition Layering System to Italian company Slam Jam, along with the launch of The North Face Red Line. The US company created for the occasion two interpretations of its iconic models, with a different design from the '92 original: the Mountain Jacket and the Denali Jacket, the latter proposed in the 'Insulated' and 'Sweat' version.

This collaboration contains a total of 8 pieces that boast the best breathability technology and weather resistance, and are inspired by the concept of 'Mix and Match' - each piece is also marked by an exclusive red label.

The collection is inspired by the 1990 Mountain Jacket - which marked the entrance of the Expedition Layering System in the world of mountaineering - but also presents geometric pattern, reinforcements and application typical of The North Face jackets used in the ‘70s.

The Red line includes:

Paclite Mountain Jacket M 1990, hooded jacket in all-black version, Faded Denim and original Vaporous Grey Glacier printing. The fully sealed seams allow us to protect from moisture and rain, while the reinforcements that we find in the armpits and under the arms make this even more resistant jacket for outdoor activities.

M Denali Insulated Jacket, jacket without hood in the all-black version with shiny black contrast, Faded Denim and Grey Vaporous print, as well as the Mountain Jacket. Characterized by Durable Water Repellent technology, a slim fit - thanks to the elasticization on the sides - from Raglan sleeves cut and the torso isolated from a quilted nylon.

M Denali Sweat Jacket, a Fleece jacket similar to the Varsity Jacket, in the All-Black version and Black base version with the addition of Vaporous Grey Glacier print on the chest. Features are the central zip, an elastic collar, such as the wrists and the bottom edge.
