Alber Elbaz exits Lanvin
what's going on, Paris?
October 28th, 2015
The fashion world is facing numerous – and important – changes recently. After the clamorous exit of Raf Simons at Dior last week, another iconic figure of the fashion Made in France is leaving his house.
It’s Alber Elbaz, creative director at Lanvin since 2001. The designer is said to be in contrast with the owners of the house and has already emptied his office of Rue Saint Honoré.
The rumors that see him as possible successor at Dior are licit, mostly considering that the position had been already offered to the designer after Galliano left in 2011.
The fashion has currently two huge gaps to fill up: who will be the new heroes at the creative direction of Dior and Lanvin?
