Give Me Five
September 26th, 2014
The Milan Fashion Week we will also have left a bitter taste in the mouth but saw that fashion isn't like football now we can cheer for Paris.
Before diving into the catwalks of SS15, however, we want to take a step back and give those that we think are the 5 best moments in the history of #PFW.
#1 ALEXANDER MCQUEEN - FW 2006
In 2006, the world stood still for two minutes and watched in disbelief at the screening of the hologram of Kate Moss on the catwalk for Alexander McQueen ... The feeling we have about it is still very confusing but it is always an epic moment.
The Chanel show is always a unique and extraordinarily beautiful then, pick one, it was not too easy.
We did not want to stray too far in time and we decided that the supermarket branded Chanel more time at the end of the parade in which all the guests were trying to pocket something, had to return to strength in this ranking.
So it was that Marc Jacobs found the platform 9 ¾ and let us take off the Fall Winter 2012/13 collection for Louis Vuitton.
For the fall 2007 Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren are the models down the catwalk with wooden clogs and scaffolding made of iron and scenic spots that sprouted from the back of the clothes. The parade lasted half an hour and no model has fallen despite the terrified faces of some of them.
For the Spring Summer 2014 Givenchy, the real star was Pat Mcgrath, make up artist that all the designers want in their backstage ... And after this show I think the reason is clear!
I mean, who would not want to have a mask swarosky least for one night ?!
