The second capsule collection from Salomon and MM6 Maison Margiela has arrived
Activewear meets avant-garde style for a reinvented urban look

The second and final collection of the FW24 collaboration between Salomon and MM6 Maison Margiela has arrived, and it does not disappoint. Instead, it represents the perfect blend of two worlds: MM6 Maison Margiela, which has been playfully challenging fashion norms with wit and irreverence since 1997, and Salomon, the modern mountain sports brand that consistently manages to combine comfort and style in every collection. This collaboration introduces a new stage in their vibrant partnership: the arrival of their first ready-to-wear collection. Divided into two categories – Gore-Tex and Seamless – this capsule collection of clothing and accessories merges timeless classics with essential codes from each brand’s respective universe.
It embodies the signature style of MM6 Maison Margiela paired with Salomon’s cutting-edge activewear technology and innovative manufacturing processes. Rendered in the Maison’s iconic nude shade, this acts as a backdrop for black and white accents on oversized formal pants and shirts in the collection. The volumes range from fitted and anatomical—with seamless, stretch-technology leggings and long-sleeve crew neck tops—to simple and expansive, featuring basic trench coats, five-pocket straight-leg pants, zip-up windbreakers, and oversized button-up shirts, all crafted in breathable, waterproof Gore-Tex fabric.
As for footwear, Salomon’s specialty, here too the blend of both brands results in balanced and modern creations, with MM6 Maison Margiela lending an avant-garde urban touch to the iconic Salomon running shoe, available in concrete gray or rubberized black. The iconic Speedcross trail shoe has also been reimagined with radically new low proportions and a custom lugged sole, available in unexpected color combinations from bubblegum pink and bold red to almond beige and army green, with an acid yellow accent. Discreetly functional, essential, and bold, the All-Gender capsule collection was designed to be mixed, matched, and layered. It perfectly illustrates how sportswear has influenced streetwear and fashion, integrating these elements into daily life, and celebrates a shared ethos of innovative and transitional design. The capsule will be available starting November 7 on both brands’ websites and select retailers.
