UGG presents UGGEXTREME with a trip to Iceland

Just a few weeks ago, UGG, the Southern California-based global lifestyle brand, treated us to an exclusive three-day adventure to experience their latest collection, UGGextreme. This exceptional line was meticulously crafted to offer unparalleled protection, self-expression, and comfort. Our playground for testing this gear was none other than the picturesque hills near Reykjavik, Iceland, where we took over an entire hotel for an unforgettable few days brimming with excitement.Our journey commenced with a delightful welcome dinner and an enthralling performance. The following day began with an early morning escapade to witness the sunrise at the convergence of the European and North American tectonic plates. Our itinerary included visits to breathtaking spots like the Selfoss waterfall, hot springs, and culminating in decision  

Throughout these chilly adventures, each of us was outfitted in the latest collection's gear, notably the Shasta Down Puffer Jacket — an impeccably stylish yet heavy-duty cold-weather attire. This jacket not only boasts technical prowess but also offers unmatched comfort and elegance. Lined with genuine luxe shearling and crafted from water-resistant nylon with chic nubuck panels, it’s designed to endure temperatures as low as -23.3°C (-9.94°F). The inclusion of polar fleece in the pockets ensured our hands stayed warm whether trekking the mountains or strolling through town.

The footwear was equally remarkable, available in various styles and colors such as brown, black, pink, and white.  The Adirondack Meridian Boot, an evolution of UGG’s popular Adirondack line, stood out for its ability to combat cold and wet conditions. With a waterproof exterior, a GOR-TEX interior for breathability, and the signature UGG plush, this boot guarantees warmth and comfort in harsh climates. Meanwhile, the Shasta Boot Tall effortlessly blends high-performance features with maximalist style. Crafted from premium waterproof leather, equipped with GORE-TEX for breathability, and adorned with a canvas collar filled with responsibly recycled material, it provides both protection and a cozy, unmistakably UGG feel. Both boots feature Vibram ICETREK outsoles, ensuring superior traction on slippery surfaces, making them ideal companions from urban streets to snowy slopes.

Although the outdoor activities were in abundance from chasing waterfalls to chasing the northern lights, some of the most special moments were spent inside, such as a delicious dinner at an tomato greenhouse accompanied by a captivating performance by British singer Debbie, and the nightly meet-ups spent at the hotel’s bar which provided for a more than authentic exchange of all the guests curated from all across the world.
