Farewell to Davide Renne

Moschino has just announced with immense sadness the passing of Davide Renne, the designer who had just begun his role as creative director at the fashion house following the announcement on 16 October. «There are no words to describe the immeasurable grief we are experiencing at this dramatic time," said Massimo Ferretti, Executive Chairman of Moschino's parent group, Aeffe SpA. "Davide had only joined us a few days ago, when a sudden illness cut short his young life too soon. We still can't believe what happened. With Davide we were working on an ambitious project, full of enthusiasm and optimism for the future. Although he was only with us for a very short time, Davide was able to make us love and respect him straight away. We are now left with the responsibility of carrying forward what his imagination and creativity had only imagined. We embrace Davide's family and numerous friends with affection.»
