Greta Gerwig's new film, a film focusing on the fantastic world of Barbie and the historical controversies surrounding the blonde doll, is out in Italian cinemas. Needless to say, every scene is full of pink, blonde wigs, abs and sculpted legs, as well as stunning costumes. From vintage references to real archive looks, Margot Robbie was lucky enough not only to play an icon, but also to have access to her terribly glamorous wardrobe. Despite the plethora of outfits and accessories that could have sparked a viral fanaticism on the web, however, the garment that elicited the most love was Ken's fleece hoodie.

A tie-dye multicoloured hoodie with the phrase "I am Kenough," the sweatshirt that has gained social media fame is from Mattel, and indicates - and here we make a small spoiler - overcoming Ken's turmoil in the film, a sort of personal reflection on the value the little plastic man has within Barbieland. The polyester hoodie on sale for $60 is available on Mattel's website for pre-order with shipping starting at the end of September, and it's already selling fast. After all these months filled with references to Barbiecore and the pink world created by Gerwig, widely quoted in the latest fashion collections, resulting in a multitude of collaborations, perhaps Ken's time has come. Already during the press tour, one of the most attended film events in recent years, the lead actors and Gosling, who plays Barbie's boyfriend, were talking about Kenergy. Proof that everyone always has a soft spot for the underdog, even if it's a blondie with sculpted abs.
