Ray-Ban announced the release of a new lens

Reverse overturns the classics and projects them into the future

Ray-Ban announced the release of a new lens Reverse overturns the classics and projects them into the future

Ray-Ban's new Reverse lenses were created with the aim of exploring the limits of eyewear. Presented in the brand's new collection in four classics, the Aviator, Wayfarer, Caravan and Boyfriend, this innovative technology flips the lenses upside down, revealing a concave silhouette. The design thus enter the world of eyewear in great style, giving additional refractive, astigmatic, prismatic and resolution qualities, while the addition of an anti-reflective feature reduces glare by up to 70 per cent.

This project is accompanied by Ray-Ban's sustainable initiative to introduce sustainable materials to its collections, such as bio-nylon in the lenses, bio-acetate in the frames, and other recycled components in the packaging and cloth. The launch campaign for the new line features Italian supermodel Vittoria Ceretti depicted in avant-garde and futuristic shots, and the new Reverse lenses were already sported by artist Labirinth, star of the soundtrack to the cult series Euphoria, at the last Met Gala. The Reverse collection is available in all Ray-Ban stores and on the brand's website.
