Although the historic partnership between Yeezy and adidas ended back in October 2022, the sign of the final split is quite recent and looks like a downed website. It is the e-shop of Yeezy Supply, the platform where West introduced his various collaborations - adidas YEEZY, Restocks, collaborations with Balenciaga, GAP products and more. If you go to the URL now, a sad message appears: 'This site can't be reached'.
The discontinuation of this platform is the final sign of the rupture of a historic partnership that marked the years of hype culture and mainstream success of trainers. In the meantime, one wonders what Ye has in shop for his future in fashion after his recent marriage to Bianca Censori and after a very problematic SS23 show in Paris. In the meantime, the German company will release Ye's adidas YEEZY Trainer models in 2023, but without the YEEZY branding.
