An adidas Originals Stan Smith co-signed by Palace is on the way
The silhouette was unveiled in the British skate brand's SS21 lookbook

Last Friday Palace unveiled the lookbook dedicated to the Spring 2021 collection, shot by photographer Frank Lebon and starring the skaters face of the brand, as Lucien Clarke, Charlie Birch, Chewy Canon and Kyle Wilson. In addition to presenting a varied collection, full of different references and inspirations, the lookbook gives various clues about the upcoming collaborations of the London skate brand.
The collection not only includes several garments with GORE-TEX fabrics, used in both camouflage and pink items but draws inspiration from the symbols of the most famous rugby teams in the world, combining their imagery with that of Alice Cooper, whose cover of the Constricted album is taken up in the graphic that reads Palace Cooper. In addition to a T-shirt that seems to echo the symbols of AS Roma in an almost slavish way, what struck many in the images of the lookbook is a silhouette visible in just two shots.
It could in fact be the new creation part of the usual seasonal collaboration with adidas Originals, which in addition to a T-shirt decorated by the Three Stripes, this time would also include a sneaker. The one seen in the images is the iconic adidas Originals Stan Smith. The silhouette is presented in an original colourway characterized by pastel tones, with an upper made up of panels of different colours, while the side is decorated with a perforated P, a detail that closely resembles the Stan Smith signed by Raf Simons.
