The new Vault by Vans x Slam Jam capsule collection

Vaults by Vans and Slam Jam have unveiled today a series of collaborative capsules that aim at becoming a platform that celebrates personal creativity and expression through the curation design of different guest artists. The first chapter will be co-signed by Julian Klincewicz, an American-Polish artist already collaborator of Kanye West and Gosha Rubchinskiy, who was inspired by the concepts of play and the return to childhood to reinterpret the key silhouettes of the Vans archive.

The capsule will revisit in an unprecedented way three of the most famous models of the brand: the Era, the Slip-on and the Bold Ni, all reiterated in new colourways and numerical graphics, each representative of an abstract concept that the artist wanted to evoke: 1 is courage, 2 is friendship, 3 is the mystery, 4 is love, 5 change, 6 emotion, 7 sex, 8 power, 9 magic. But the collaboration won't stop at sneakers and will also include a selection of apparel pieces that include a suit with washed-effect black jacket and pants and three T-shirts.
