The Vault by Vans x Baracuta collection

For this season, Vault by Vans has chosen an unprecedented partner for a collaboration that combines different yet complimentary styles and aesthetics. The English brand Baracuta has in fact become famous all over the world as the brand that created the iconic G9 jacket, designed for the golf course and in fact known by the name Swing Jacket. One of the most recognizable elements of the Baracuta universe is the Fraser Tartan print, which decorates the lining of the famous jacket, and which today is found in the collaboration with Vault by Vans. It is precisely the timeless vocation, the ability to create instant classic items, part of the collective imagination, that unites Vans and Baracuta, that today find themselves working on a capsule that includes sneakers and apparel.

The Vault by Vans x Baracuta collection is in fact led by the Vans Old Skool VLT LX, which overlays the side stripe and the Vans checkerboard pattern on the classic Fraser Tartan plaid. The Sk8-Hi VLT LX is a clear reference to the roots of Baracuta in outerwear thanks to a cargo pocket on the side; while the Slip-On VLT LX uses the original Baracuta logo across the embossed checkerboard print.

To complete the collection, Vault by Vans x Baracuta introduces the classic Chore Coat in the blue and burgundy colour variants; a plaid shirt in woven tartan, plus a navy blue polo shirt with small embroidery on the chest and a personalized Fraser Tartan checkerboard pattern on the back.
