The return of Vetememes for the FW20 collection
Boolenciaga's older brother

The Gvasalia brothers and Vetements are famous for bringing memability to fashion. Their collections, at least in their early days, were a satire on the state of fashion – as well as absolutely parodied in themselves. And the Vetememes brand, founded in Zurich by Davil Tran, was born exactly with the aim of being teased. After a three-year stop, the brand is now back in full force with an FW20 collection that recovers all that world of shitposting and surreal memes that had made its first phase of life so fun.
The collection includes an Ecstasy Fish Hoodie, with knock-off versions of the characters from The Little Mermaid and the inscription "Ecstasy"; the Screaming Alien Hoodie, which mocks to Rick & Morty's merch; a long sleeve inspired by Battle Royale (Kinji Fukasaku's cult film, not Fortnite's) and a series of graphic t-shirts and accessories, including a scarf that makes the verse to the Minions.
