UPDATE 17.11: after a first release at the end of October, Matthew Williams and his 1017 ALYX 9SM return to sign two Nike Air Force 1 Highs, this time in two brand new colourways. In fact, the designer has chosen 'Sail' as the shade to enrich the silhouette characterized by the now iconic buckle symbol of the brand and this time silver branding. In addition to this monochromatic one, another version of the kick might be on its way, this time interspersed with black details on the sole, in the Swoosh and in the buckle. For both sneakers, the release date has yet to be announced.

19.11.20: Last January, on the occasion of Paris Fashion Week, Matthew Williams unveiled the line-up of collaborations with Nike, specifically four iterations of an iconic model, the Nike Air Force 1, enriched by the aesthetic symbols of the founder of 1017 ALYX 9SM. As Matthew Williams unveiled yesterday on Instagram, ALYX is ready to release two models of the collaboration: an Air Force 1 High completely black and a black option with white Swoosh.
Both silhouettes feature an anodized aluminium buckle, the symbol of ALYX, on the front of the upper, along with the 1017 ALYX 9SM foil print on the lateral heel and the Nike logo embroidered on the back.
The 1017 ALYX 9SM x Nike Air Force 1 will be available from Saturday, October 24th on alyxstudio.com, on Nike's SNKRS app, and at select retailers. The price of the sneaker has not been revealed yet.
