Nike continues its commitment to sustainability with 'Move to Zero'
Two new sneakers and a jacket dropping in the upcoming months
September 30th, 2020
After the launch of the Space Hippie line, Nike is ready to continue its Move to Zero program with three new drops always aiming at sustainability.
On October 1st, the Air Force 1 will arrive in a new version restored with materials consistent with the spirit of the Nike program, the toe of the shoe will in fact be made with 20% recycled TPU while the upper using 24% recycled synthetic leather. On the same day it will also be the turn of the Waffle Racer in three different colors with a sole made of 15% of reused Nike Grind rubber.
In autumn it will then be the turn of the Sportswear Marble Ecodown Jacket, the Nike jacket made of recycled polyester whose pattern recalls the elegance of white marble. Based on the concept of circularity, the jacket guarantees thermal insulation without sacrificing the sustainability of the materials.
The Nike Air Force 1 Crater and Nike Women's Waffle Racer Crater will be available from October 1st on Nike.com, SNKRS and Nike App.
