The new COMME des GARÇONS x Nike Dunk Low

After making an appearance on the catwalk last September, during Paris Fashion Week, the two new COMME des GARÇONS x Nike Dunk Low collaborative sneakers have finally achieved an official release date. They will be available from Thursday, May 14th at the Comme des Garon and Dover Street Market web-stores, while they will arrive at additional retailers with a later release date that has not yet been revealed.

The collaboration features two different silhouettes, one masculine and one feminine. Both versions are inspired by the concept of customization and feature a semi-transparent toss, made entirely of Nexkin, a breathable elasto-plastic material that provides greater comfort during the walk. The substantial difference between the two Dunks is the CDG all over white pattern, which appears throughout the top, unlike the other version that maintains a neutral colorway. The main chromatic tones are black and white, but mixing the various semi-transparent panels will have different shades of gray and anthrate. The design is completed by monochrome waxed laces, a print in the innersole and the total black sole.
