The new UNDERCOVER x Nike Speed React Presto

After last November's capsule, the collaboration between Jun Takahashi and Nike continues with a new sneaker: the UNDERCOVER x Nike Speed React Presto. The shoe represents an ideal continuation of the aesthetic already developed by Takahashi in previous collaborative drops, although last year it was the one in which Takahashi gave his unofficial farewell to streetwear, which in fact did not appear in the recent FW20 collection. The global release date is set for January 28th.

The new Speed React Presto mixes the look of the classic Nike Presto with the aesthetics of previous collaborations between UNDERCOVER and Nike and specifically with the React Boot, from which comes the sole and cross decorations on the upper in mesh and leather inserts. The sole unit and the lacing system also echo the speckled pattern that characterized the previous capsule. Compared to previous React models, however, which did not have too obvious seams, the visual and structural elements are very flashy, especially the laces that extend to the middle of the ankle. The Speed React Presto will be available on three colors: black, white and purple.

The UNDERCOVER x Nike Speed React Presto will be available from January 28 in Nike stores, online and select retailers.
